RAISIN SAUCE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. hot water
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves

Heat until boiling. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Cool; then thicken. Delicious served with ham.
