COUNTRY CORN BREAD 
2 c. self rising cornmeal
1 egg
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. self rising flour
3 oz. oil or bacon grease

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease and dust skillet with cornmeal. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into skillet and bake until golden brown.
