CORN COUNTRY SPOON BREAD 
1-16 oz can creamed corn
1-14 oz can whole kernel corn
2 eggs
1-8 oz container sour cream
1 t salt
1-8 oz package Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c chopped red or green peppers
1/2 chopped onion

Mix corn, eggs, sour cream, salt and cornbread mix in a bowl. Melt butter in an 8 X 12 X 2 inch casserole dish. Pour corn mixture over butter. Add peppers and onions.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
