COUNTRY CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 sm. eggs
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
2 c. milk

Mix together well. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. This is a family sized corn bread.
