COUNTRY CORN BREAD 
2 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c. low fat milk

Mix ingredients with electric mixer until smooth and easy to pour. Pour batter into a loaf pan (greased) and sprinkle with meal. Bake 425 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
