COUNTRY CORN MUFFINS 
3/4 c. muffin mix (see above recipe)
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1 can cream style corn
2 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 c. finely chopped ham

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine muffin mix, cornmeal, and thyme.

In small bowl stir together corn, oil, and egg until blended; add dry ingredients along with ham. Stir just until combined.

Put in muffin pan with liners. Baker 20-25 minutes.
