STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 green peppers

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 c. tomato sauce (need two cans)
1/2 c. rice (Minute rice)

Cut peppers in half, clean and boil for 5 minutes. Mix ingredients together. Put peppers in large baking dish. Put stuffing in peppers. Cover with remaining sauce in can plus another can of sauce. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.
