RASPBERRY SALAD RING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tsp. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add raspberry gelatin, lemon juice and salt. Stir in raspberries until thawed. Chill until partially set. Place ice cubes in bottom of 3 cup mold. Pour gelatin over cubes. Chill.
