QUICK PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (12 oz.) peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter and milk in an electric skillet. Set on 280 degrees. Bring to boil; boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off skillet. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter is melted and well blended. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Yield: 2 pounds. |
