QUICK PEANUT FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar of creamy or chunky style peanut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter, and milk in an electric skillet. Set thermostat at 280 degrees. Bring mixture to boil and boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Turn off skillet and add marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool and cut in squares. Makes 2 lbs.
