QUICK PEANUT FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (12 oz.) (1 1/3 c.) jar chunk-style peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in electric skillet. Set thermostat at 280 degrees. Bring mixture to a boil and boil five minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off skillet. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended. Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cool before cutting into squares. Makes approximately two pounds of candy. |
