PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, sugar and milk in electric skillet. Set temperature at 280 degrees, bring to boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn skillet off and add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until melted and blended. Pour into 8" buttered pan.
