PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tsp. butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (12 oz.) jar chunk style peanut butter 1 tbsp. vanilla 1. Heat electric skillet to 280 degrees. 2. Combine sugar, butter and milk. 3. Bring mixture to a boil, continue to boil 5 minutes, stir constantly. 4. Turn off electric skillet. 5. Add marshmallows and peanut butter and vanilla. 6. Stir until smooth. Pour in buttered 8 inch pan. 7. Cool and cut in squares. |
