CHOCOLATE PEANUT CLUSTERS 
2 c. chocolate chips
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. peanuts (raisins could also be used)

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler over hot water (or in microwave oven). Blend in sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Cool until firm. (Put in candy paper for gift giving.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
