SUMMER FRUIT BOWL FOR 8 
4/5 c. water
3/5 c. sugar
1 1/5 tbsp. lime juice
3/10 c. mint leaves, minced
8 lb. watermelon
2/5 sm. cantaloupe

Cook water, sugar and lime juice for 15 minutes until it becomes like syrup. Stir in leaves, cover and refrigerate. Cut up fruit and combine.
