FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk combined with juice from fruit
2/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cans fruit cocktail

Add all ingredients except fruit, then add fruit. Pour into pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
