TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/4 lbs. ground dark meat turkey
1 med. Idaho potatoes
1 med. carrot
1 egg
2 tsp. ketchup
1 tsp. salt to taste
Pepper and other spices according to your taste
1/8 c. ice water

Use cuizinart or blender for potato, carrot and egg. Slice carrots and potatoes finely.

Put turkey in wooden chopping bowl and add the ground ingredients and others. It has to be chopped until it feels like its pastry. Grease pan a little if not teflon. You may add more tomato sauce or ketchup and cover top before putting it in the oven.

Preheat oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Yields 4.
