2 pts. whipping cream
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or maple flavoring

Chill mixing bowl in freezer for several minutes. Shake whipping cream containers and pour into bowl. Add brown sugar and flavoring. Beat with electric mixer until stiff. Keep iced cake refrigerated.
