3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
12 Saltine crackers, crumbled
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. nuts

Stir all ingredients together and pour into an ungreased pie pan. Bake until brown and crusty at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
