CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini

Cream together first 5 ingredients. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed ingredients. Stir in vanilla and zucchini, mixing well. Pour in greased pan, 9 x 13 inches. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
