ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (add 1 tsp. lemon juice to 1/2 c. milk to sour)
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. finely diced peeled zucchini
1/3 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat with mixture. Mix together all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat well with mixer. Stir in diced zucchini. Place batter in greased 9x12x2 pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done. There is no need for frosting as the cake is rich and moist.
