CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. diced zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil, and sugar; add eggs, vanilla, and sour milk. Mix well. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in diced zucchini. Spoon batter into greased and floured sheet cake pan 9 x 13. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Top with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
