ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. diced, peeled zucchini
1/3 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat with mixer. Mix dry ingredients, add to cream mixture. Stir in diced zucchini. Put in greased 9"x12"x2" pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and dry. No frosting required as cake is rich and moist.
