SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
2 sm. (8 oz.) cartons of sm. curd cottage cheese
1 stick butter, softened
6 tbsp. flour
6 eggs
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese (2 c.)

Thaw and drain spinach. Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour.
