SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
8 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained

Beat eggs slightly. Add rest of ingredients in the order given, mixing slightly with each ingredient to blend. Turn into 2 quart baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
