CREAM CHEESE SPRITZ COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable shortening
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour

Cream butter, shortening, cream cheese and sugar. Add salt and vanilla. Beat well. Work in 4 cups flour. Chill. Put through cookie press. Decorate. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Watch closely! For extra special, melt Hershey's chocolate bar in a double boiler. May have to add a little water. Drizzle on cookies.
