CLAM CASSEROLE | |
2 small cans minced clams liquid from 1 can clams 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup milk 4 tbsp. butter, melted 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup chopped onions 2 eggs, beaten Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Place into greased casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. |
