EASY SAUSAGE QUICHE 
8 slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage, crumbled
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. cheese, shredded
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Break up bread and scatter evenly on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown sausage and drain. Stir mustard into sausage. Spoon sausage-mustard mixture evenly over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Beat eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce together. Pour evenly over bread, sausage and cheese. Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until puffed and stiff. (Make sure done. May require additional time.) Serves 8.
