CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. nuts
2 c. chopped celery
4 c. chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 cans chicken or mushroom soup
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can chow mein noodles

Boil chicken. Remove from bone and cut in large pieces (about 4 cups). Mix nuts and chopped celery together. Then mix the rest of ingredients together. In a large casserole, put layer of chicken mix and layer of soup mix. Put in refrigerator overnight. When ready to bake, put can of noodles over top.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
