PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sweet butter cookie crumbs

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar and flour and stir in reserved pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well. Pour mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish. Combine melted butter and cookie crumbs stirring well and sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
