GARLIC CHICKEN STIR FRY 
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
4 lg. cloves garlic, minced
2 med. carrots, peeled and diagonally sliced
2 c. broccoli
1/2 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. white wine
2 tbsp. water
4 tsp. lite soy sauce
1-2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. white pepper

oven medium heat, in oil, stir fry garlic for 15 seconds. Add chicken cubes, stir fry 4-5 minutes or until nearly done. Add 2 tablespoons wine and carrots. Stir fry 1 minute. Add broccoli and water chestnuts. Stir fry 30 seconds. Stir in wine mixture. Stir fry 1 minute or until thick, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.

WINE MIXTURE:

Combine 1/4 cup wine, water, soy sauce, cornstarch and white pepper.
