FUDGE BROWNIES 
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
2 c. biscuit baking mix
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven 350 degrees. In large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1 cup chips with butter; remove from heat. Add biscuit mix, sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in remaining 1 cup chips.

Turn into well greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool. Garnish as desired. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
