CHICKEN MORNAY 
6 boned chicken breasts
12 oz. Swiss cheese
1 lg. head fresh broccoli
1 c. chicken broth or bouillon
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter

Shake breasts with pepper. Saute in butter 5 minutes each side. Cut broccoli into 2-inch pieces. Place in buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Place chicken on top. Prepare sauce by adding flour to butter left in pan. Heat until a smooth paste. Add broth and milk. Cook until thick. Add cheese. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 4-6 servings.
