MARINATED BRUSSEL'S SPROUTS 
4 c. whole Brussel's sprouts
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 heaping tbsp. minced dill
1 heaping tbsp. minced chives
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper

Steam Brussel's sprouts for 3 to 5 minutes until bright green and tender crisp. Plunge in cold water. Drain.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour mixture over Brussel's sprouts. Marinate 6 to 8 hours.

Yields 6 to 8 servings.
