5 FLAVOR POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter, softened (1 1/2 c.)
3 c. sugar
5 eggs, well beaten
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. of each flavoring: Butter, vanilla, lemon, coconut, rum

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Blend flour, salt and baking powder. Alternate milk and flour to creamed mixture. Stir in all 5 flavorings. Pour in a 10 inch bundt or tube pan that has been sprayed with Baker's Joy. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Makes a large cake.
