4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1 c. (7 oz.) flaked coconut

Beat eggs. Blend together sugar and Bisquick. Stir into eggs with other ingredients. Turn into 2 greased 9 inch pie plates. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until pie is firm. Pie makes its own crust!
