ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 can Ortega peppers
1 1/2 c. zucchini, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 1/3 c. milk
2/3 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir all ingredients together except cheese. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Cover with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until firm.
