BRAUNSCHWEIGER BALL 
1 lb. braunschweiger
1/2 lg. size Philadelphia cream cheese
3 tbsp. consomme or milk or sour cream as substitute
2 tbsp. fine chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together and form into a ball. Chill until firm. Add topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 lg. size Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 to 1 c. sour cream

Mix together and spread over chilled firm ball. Sprinkle parsley or chives all over for color.
