COMPANY CARROTS | |
2 lb. carrots, cut into sticks & cooked until tender 1/4 c. liquid from carrots 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. horseradish (prepared) Salt & pepper 3 tbsp. chopped onions 1/4 c. cracker crumbs Parsley flakes Oleo Put carrots in a casserole dish. Mix together liquid, mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, salt, pepper and onions. Pour over cooked carrots. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and dot with parsley flakes and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
