CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES 
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
1 tbsp. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. paraffin
Toothpicks

Drain cherries well. Mix sugar and butter. Add milk. Wrap around cherries. Insert toothpicks. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Dip cherries in chocolate and put on wax paper to cool.

I needed to add another tablespoon of milk to the powdered sugar in order to be able to work with it and I have a ton left over - at least enough for another jar of cherries. This isn't a bad thing though, just an observation :)
