BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped broccoli or 2 bunches of fresh broccoli, slightly cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 sm. onion, grated
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. herb stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine first 6 ingredients; place in 2 quart casserole. Top with stuffing, tossed with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
