PAUL'S TUNA STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
4 green peppers
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. dill pickles
1 can green beans, finely chopped
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. tomato juice

Blanch peppers and set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix spices with tomato juice. Mix all other ingredients except peppers. Stuff peppers with mixture. Save tops to recap. Bake 20 minutes.

For variety, sprinkle small amount of your favorite grated cheese on top of stuffing then put in "cap". Serve with cottage cheese, tomatoes, wedges, and Rye Krisp crackers.
