PASTA PRIMAVERA 
4 slices bacon
2 c. vegetables
8 oz. fettuccine
1 c. milk
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. oil
Black pepper to taste
Parsley

Cook bacon in microwave, crumble and let sit. Saute onions in a little oil. Add vegetables (any kind you want, peppers, broccoli, peas, etc.) and saute until tender. In a saucepan, bring milk to a boil. Reduce heat and add cream cheese whisking constantly. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and black pepper and parsley.

Simmer about 5 minutes. Cook pasta, drain and put in large bowl. Add veggies and bacon, tossing to mix well. Add cream mixture and toss. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
