SOURDOUGH BREAD 
In large bowl sprinkle 1 package active dry yeast over 1 cup warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 1/2 cup starter.

Gradually add 4 cups flour, mixed with 2 teaspoons salt. Cover bowl with damp towel and let dough rise until double. Knead on floured board until satiny. Shape in 1 large or 2 small loaves. Make diagonal slashes into top of loaf. Cover and let rise until double in size.

Bake at 350 degrees for 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes on greased baking sheet or in greased loaf pans.
