WHOLE WHEAT APPLE BREAD 
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine oil, sugar, eggs. Combine flour, salt, soda and add to oil mixture. Add apples, nuts and vanilla.

Spoon into two greased 9 x 5 inch bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Turn out of pans before cooling completely.
