1 (19 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 2 c. granulated sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. chopped nuts 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla Mix ingredients 1 minutes by hand (may be lumpy). Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. ICING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. warm cream cheese 1/2 c. butter 1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar Mix with electric mixer until smooth. Spread on warm cake. Store in refrigerator 2 days before serving. |
