ITALIAN BEEF PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 med. onion, chopped
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
Salt, pepper and garlic salt
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and onion; drain well. Cook and drain spinach. Combine beef, spinach, soup and sour cream - season to taste. Pour into oiled 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, top with grated or sliced cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
