Lg. onions 1 c. milk 1 egg Flour Bread crumbs Peel onions and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Separate into rings, beat egg and two tablespoons of milk. Dip rings into milk and drain. Roll rings in flour, dip into egg mixture and then roll into bread crumbs. Shake off excess bread crumbs. Deep fry at 375 degrees and fry a few at a time until medium brown. Drain, place on absorbent paper and sprinkle with salt. |
