1 box Waverly crackers
2 sticks butter

Line 9 x 13 inch cake pan with crackers. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Pour 1/2 caramel mixture over crackers, then another layer of crackers and top with remaining caramel. Top with crackers.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
2/3 c. peanut butter

Pour over bars and chill.
