CAULIFLOWER AND MUSHROOM
CASSEROLE
 
1 head cauliflower or 2 pkg. frozen

SAUCE:

1 egg, beaten
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. plain yogurt or mayonnaise

Cut up cauliflower. Cook in salted water until tender. Drain and place in casserole dish. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes. If baking with meat dish, bake at meat dish suggested temperature until casserole is bubbly.
